Lost or stolen device
A lost or stolen device can cause significant reputation or financial damage to Metropolia.
In all cases, always make a security notification (Turvallisuusilmoitus) via Request.
In severe cases, contact the Helpdesk telephone on 09 7424 6777 (open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
The notification should contain the following information as accurately as possible:
- What has happened
- Where has it happened
- What has been stolen (property details: make / model, serial number, other identification, number)
- Who detected the theft (name, date and time)
- Possible burglary traces (photo if possible)
