Create an Event
An event lasts 24 hours or more. Holidays, conferences and birthdays are examples of events.
Start creating an event by first clicking on the blue-gray New Appointment button in the Home tab.
Check the All day event box in the window that opens. You can also create an event by right-clicking the calendar and by selecting New All Day Event in the context menu.
An event is shown by default as free time but using the Show as menu you can select e.g. Busy or Out of Office. When an event is shown as free time, its left end is white.
Save the event by clicking on the Save & Close button.
