How can I complete the Metropolia community’s Digital Security Starter course?
This instruction explains how to start studying digital security topics at Metropolia and join the course area. To complete the course, you need a valid user account that allows you to log in to Metropolia Moodle. You do not need an enrolment key to join the course area.

Building digital security skills begins with the Digital Security Starter (in Finnish Digiturvastartti) course available in Moodle. Digital security is everyone’s responsibility, and this course is suitable for all learners—whether you are starting your studies, beginning a new academic year, or updating your skills in another situation.
Completing the course takes approximately 30–120 minutes. You can influence the duration yourself based on your own goals and interests.
The Digital Security Starter course is available in both Finnish and English in Moodle. You do not need an enrolment key; logging in is sufficient.
Instructions for joining the Digital Security Starter course
1) Choose whether you want to study Digital Security Starter in Finnish or in English.

2) Log in to Metropolia Moodle using the Log in button in the top right corner.
3) Choose your preferred login method, for example Metropolia. You do not need an enrolment key to join the course.
4) Once you have successfully logged in, the course front page will open. The front page provides more detailed instructions related to studying the course.
