Obtaining a License Certificate for Adobe Stock Images
Images and other files downloaded from Adobe Stock automatically include a license granted for use. It is advisable to obtain and save the license certificate at the same time as you download the images. The certificate is required to prove usage rights. You can download the license certificates for individual images by following these instructions.
Retrieving the Certificate
1. Open the page https://stock.adobe.com/Dashboard/LicenseHistory
2. First, log in with your email address.
3. After that, log in with your short Metropolia username and password.
4. Next to the desired image, select the three dots and click Download License Record.
5. Enter a name for the record in the Record name field and click Generate License Record.
6. Download the certificate in pdf format from https://stock.adobe.com/Member/LicenseHistory?current_tab=tab-license-records
- Restart your computer and the device where the issue is occurring. Try the function again.
- If the function you are attempting is happening in a web browser, try the function again in an incognito or private window and in a different browser.
- Try searching for a solution on the site of the IT Services by using the following search methods:
- navigation menu of the site (on the left)
- search machine of the wiki (right upper corner)
- a general search engine, for instance Google Search
- alphabetical index
- FAQ
