PaperCut - Shared account instructions
Using a shared account
Print a job as you normally would to the Canon virtual queue.

When you print via the virtual queue, the client software checks the job and prompts you to choose whether the job should be charged to
- a shared account, or
- your personal account

By default, jobs are charged to your personal account. In the Print Job Details area you can see:
- job name
- number of pages
- color or black & white
- price

To charge the job to a shared account, select the desired account from the drop‑down menu. The client lists all shared accounts available to you. Send the job to the virtual queue by clicking Print.
Releasing a job at the multifunction printer
Log in to the device by presenting your ID badge to the card reader or by entering your username and password.

Select "Print Release" or "Print All" from the menu. Jobs will be billed to the shared account you selected earlier.

The jobs will print. Remember to log out of the device after printing.
Copying using a shared account
Copying to a shared account works almost the same as normal copying.
Log in to the device by presenting your ID badge to the card reader or by entering your username and password.
Select "Access Device" to choose a shared account instead of your personal account.

Choose the shared account you want to charge for the copy job.
Switch to Copy mode by selecting "Kopio" on the panel.

Start copying by choosing the desired settings and pressing Start.
When you are finished, remember to log out by pressing the "Uloskirj." button on the top right.
