Metropolia E-mail and Calendar (Exchange)
Metropolia will migrate email mailboxes to the Microsoft 365 cloud service during summer 2026. This will not cause any significant interruption to email use, but the instructions for using email will change. If your email account has already been migrated to the cloud service, you can access your email through a web browser at outlook.office365.com.
Exchange Server 2010 is a system used at Metropolia that offers calender and e-mail services to Metropolia students and staff.
E-mail accounts in the system can be accessed in various ways. Usually the accounts are accessed by using the Outlook Web App service or Microsoft Office Outlook client. Instructions for using Outlook and Outlook Web App can be found on this site.
