  • The Mikko AI bot (mikko.metropolia.fi) will always reply to you in your own language.
  • Ask your question in any language you wish, and Mikko will respond to you in the same language.
  • The examples below are conversations carried out in Chinese and Amharic.

Below is an example of a conversation with the Mikko AI bot in Mandarin Chinese. The question is: “I am a student. How can I purchase additional printing credit?” The Mikko AI bot first advises to purchase credit using bank credentials at maksut.metropolia.fi. The student responds that they do not have Finnish bank credentials. Then, Mikko advises buying printing credit vouchers from the library and provides detailed instructions on how to transfer the voucher credit to the printing account.


Below is an example of a conversation with the Mikko AI bot in Amharic. The question is: “How can I log into my Metropolia email account?” The Mikko AI bot advises four different ways to log in to the Metropolia email account, depending on the device and software in use.
