The pricing of Adobe Creative Cloud is determined by its manufacturer and retailers. Metropolia, together with other higher education institutions, has participated in negotiations to secure the lowest possible price for the licence offered to students.
Many other software manufacturers are keen to offer their products to students free of charge in order to promote their software and support studies. However, Adobe has not adopted this approach, meaning that unfortunately, students are also required to pay for its software products—although the fee is significantly lower than that of a commercial licence.
Important information about signing in
Adobe Creative Cloud requires an exceptional sign-in method. Typically, Metropolia employs only the short form of the user ID. However, to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud, you must use your full email address.
Annual licence purchased from the Academic Software online shop: firstname.surname@metropolia.fi (your email address in its full form) and your Metropolia password.
Adobe Creative Cloud for one year at the price of €139.95
- As a Metropolia student, you may purchase a one-year Adobe Creative Cloud licence for €139.95.
- Please note that the validity of the licence expires upon completion of your studies. Academic Software has not undertaken to refund any unused period.
