What should I do if my mobile phone is accidentally damaged?

If it is a device whose lifecycle has ended (e.g., laptops after 4 years and mobile phones after 3 years), the IT Services will cover the cost of a new device due to the end of its lifecycle.

If the device is younger, discuss the replacement of the device with your supervisor. IT Services does not reimburse for accidentally damaged devices. If your supervisor does not allow the reimbursement to be charged to your unit, it will be charged to you personally. Employees are responsible for the employer's devices in their possession.

Once you have agreed on the costs with your supervisor, submit a procurement request for a new device using the form or alternatively, submit a service request for device maintenance.
