This view is for the planners, who make timetables and schedules for multiple teachers/groups, for the so-called heavy users of the system. The view allows you to get the bigger picture of the timetable planning e.g. in one degree programme. The planner sees which course units are still missing reservations. (the information is based on the scheduling wishes and already made reservations).
The report view
You may form a report by selecting at least one search term and selecting the Search button.
This is how the report function works:
- Search a list of implementations i.e. list all the course units for which you need to make timetables.
- The list shows you a summary of the course units i.e. the way people want to book them versus the reservations that have been made already.
- For further information about the course unit, select the arrow next to the unit name.
