Teacher can examine his/her working time plan as a whole, or by assignments.
Working time plan
- The title Working time plan under the Persons in the navigation bar opens your current and confirmed working time plans.
- First, select the desired calendar year (and category, if needed) from the drop-down box on top of the page.
- You may browse the working time plan by tasks or by working hours
- Hyväksymiskierroksella olevat ja vahvistetut työaikasuunnitelmat näet listalla. Nämä työaikasuunnitelmat ovat pdf muodossa.
- Työaikasuunnitelma-linkki avautuu sivustolle, jossa voit valita ajanjakson, jolta haluat nähdä työaikasuunnitelman.
- Opettajien työaikasuunnitelmaan sisältyvät tehtävät näytetään tehtäväalueittain piirakkamallissa:
- Opintopisteitä tuottava toiminta
- Muu tehtävä
- Projektityö
- Yksityiskohtaisemmin näet tehtävät ja niihin resurssoidun ajan Työaikasuunnitelma-välilehdellä.

- There are three tabs in the page:
- Task by task type shows the hour sums by different task types (teaching, other task, project work).
- Working hours shows the detailed contents of the working time plan. Each implementation has its own row.
