An Outlook can add to your e-mail signature consists of text or pictures that can be added to the end of an outgoing e-mail message.messages automatically a signature with your contact information and a picture.

You can also save different signatures in Outlook and use them in different situations.

How do I create a signature in browser?

  1. At the top of the Outlook Web App pageupper right on the Outlook browser interface, click Options > Settings  > > Mail.
  2. Type in and format your signature in In the E-Mail Signature box, type and format your signature.mail signature box. (Email signature instructions for staff)
  3. If you want to add the To add your signature to all outgoing messages that you send, select the check Automatically include my signature on messages I send check box.
  4. Click on Save or press CTRL+S.

What else do I need to know?

Other things to note

Even if you do not check the box that adds If you don't select the box to automatically add your signature to all outgoing the messages that you send, you can still add it to individual messagesa signature to a new message.

  1. Create your a signature as described explained above , but don't select but do not chec the Automatically include my signature on messages I send check ... box.
  2. When you create typing a new message , add your the signature to it by clicking clickin Insert Signature on signature in the toolbar.
