*Both Outlook and Outlook Web Access have an Instat Search box above the message titles that you can click on the mouse and type in search words. Outlook searches for messages containing the text that you types. The search text can be included in the sender name, message title, content or recipient name.*

If you type a person's name in the search box and hit Enter, Outlook lists all messages containing the first name or the last name in the title, the content, senders or recipients.
