In Outlook you can check easily whether the recipient of an e-mail message is the intended person when there are other people having the same name. You can also check easily if the person is available or busy according to the calendar.
In the example below, an imaginary person Tom Filenius is the recipient of the message. When you hover over the name a window opens showing Tom's title and that is free the next 8 hours, according to the calendar:
If you double-click Tom's name, a window with more information opens:
This way you can find a contact's phone number quickly and easily.
