F1. OMA… siis mikä OMA?
OMA on Metropolian uusi verkkopalvelu, jossa jo olemassa olevat tietotekniset työ- ja opiskeluvälineet (Tuubi, Peppi, Pakki) on järjestetty yhdenmukaiseksi kokonaisuudeksi. Mukaan tuli 3. marraskuuta 2016 myös uusi Perusrekisteri, joka korvasi Winhan. Suunnitteluvaiheessa OMAa kutsuttiin työnimellä “Sähköiset työpöydät”.

Surfing between different services is ending! Tuubi, Peppi, Pakki and Base Registry (replacing Winha) will unite as one service, OMA! OMA contains the main services you need for your duties and studies.

E1. OMA... So what is OMA?

The services in OMA are initialized in sets, not all at once. Note that some of the functionalities are already working, so if you do changes to them in OMA, the changes are saved to the background services (Peppi, Tuubi). Some of the upcoming services are just pictures in the user interface, they are marking the place of the services. OMA will be totally ready at the end of winter 2017.

Will be transferred to the General Desktop on May 1016, 2017.
Workspaces and documents in them?
Were transferred to OMA on March 6, 2017.
