F12. Missä OMAn työtilat ovat?

OMAn yleisellä työpöydällä.

F13. Mitä tapahtuu OMAan siirrettäville Tuubin vanhoille työtiloille?

OMAsta poistetaan 28. huhtikuuta 2017 ne ikääntyneet Tuubin työtilat,  joiden vanhenemispäivä on 1.1.2010 tai aiempi, mikäli työtilan ylläpitäjä ei ole merkinnyt sitä säilytettäväksi.

F13F14. Miten työtila merkitään säilytettäväksi?

Painamalla OMAan siirretyssä työtilassa nappia, joka julkaistaan kevätkauden maaliskuun 2017 aikana.

F14F15. Miten jatkossa käsitellään OMAn ikääntyviä työtiloja?

OMAsta poistetaan vuosittain yli viisi vuotta vanhat, joita ei ole merkitty säilytettäväksi. Ensimmäinen vuosittainen rutiinipoisto tehdään 15. helmikuuta 2018.

F15F16. Käytetäänkö vanhoja Tuubin ja uusia OMAn työtiloja rinnakkain 6.3. jälkeen?

Ei käytetä. Tuubista OMAan siirrettävät työtilat avattiin OMAssa 6.3. klo 8.00. Työtilat poistuvat poistuivat Tuubista iäksi 7.3. klo 15.00. Työtiloja käytetään vain ja ainoastaan OMAssa 6.3. klo 8. 00 jälkeen. 

F16. Mihin palautetaan Tuubin työtilojen kautta annetut tehtävät?

6.3. klo 8.00 lähtien: OMAan.

Differences between the old and new workspaces. 

E12. Where are the new OMA Workspaces?

On the General Desktop.

E13. What will happen to the old workspaces (established before January 1, 2010) of Tuubi?

The old workspaces (marked to be outdated before January 1, 2010) will be erased unless the maintainer of the workspace marks it as "Keep".

E13E14. How can I mark the workspace as "Keep"?

By hitting the "Keep*" button released in workspaces before the end of April in March 2017. 

E14E15. What will be the policy concerning the outdated workspaces?

As per February 15, 2018, the outdated workspaces (more than five-year old) will be erased automatically unless the maintainer of the workspace marks it as "Keep". 

  E 1516. Can I use the workspaces in Tuubi after March 6?

No, you can't. You have to use them in OMA. The workspaces in Tuubi will be were erased on March 7 at 3pm. After March 6 at 8.00am, OMA is the one and only place to use the workspaces.

As per March 6 at 8am: in OMA.
