Ne siirretään uuteen OMA-kokonaisuuteen sellaisenaan kuin ne Tuubissa ovat OMAn käyttöönottohetkelläOMAn Yleiselle työpöydälle huhtikuussa 2017. Ne on luettavissa OMAssa 19. huhtikuuta lähtien.
Työtilat ja ja niissä olevat dokumentit?
Ne siirrettiin OMAan sellaisenaan kuin ne Tuubissa olivat sillä hetkellä, kun työtilapalvelu otettiin OMA-palvelussa käyttöön 6. maaliskuuta 2017.

G. OMA ja muut tietojärjestelmät
F26F27. Entä Moodle sekä Googlen ja Microsoftin pilvipalvelut? Liitetäänkö nekin jotenkin OMAan?
Opettajat voivat jatkossa linkittää opetuksen OMA-työtiloihin kaikki käyttämänsä selainkäyttöiset oppimisympäristöt niin että opiskelijat löytävät ne helposti. Opetuksen työtilat syntyvät automaattisesti vuosisuunnittelun yhteydessä eikä niitä tarvitse erikseen aktivoida käyttöön. Myös mahdollisuus Moodle-työtilan käyttöön on automaattinen - Moodle-työtilaa ei tarvitse erikseen tilata.

Lisäksi koutussuunnittelijoille on omia koulutuksia, jotka yhä jatkuvat. Muut organisaatioyksiköt ovat saaneet toimintansa mukaisen perehdytyksen kuten myös korkeakoulupalvelut.

Kyllä. Opiskelijoiden perehdytyksestä vastaavat tutkinto-ohjelmat. Palveluihin voi perehtyä myös omatoimisesti. Katso tiedot.

OMAn käyttöoppaiden kattosivulta pääset suunnistamaan ohjekokonaisuuden eri osioihin. Oppaita täydennetään vielä. Tältä sivulta löydät vastauksia yleisimpiin kysymyksiin. Tämän sivun alihakemistosta löydät käyttöönottovaiheen ja siirtymäkauden ohjeita toiminnoittain. Ohjeita julkaistaan sitä mukaa kuin niitä saadaan valmiiksi.

Were transferred to OMA as they were in Tuubi when workspace-service was initialized in OMA, on March 6 2017.

E23. Where should I write general announcements (the ones used to appear on the frontpage of Tuubi) after March 7?
In Tuubi until April 18 at 3pm.. As for the announcements in workspaces, they should be written in the workspaces after March 6 at 8.00am.

E24. What will happen to the Tuubi info pages?
They will be transferred to the General Desktop of OMA on April 18 at 3pm. They can be read there on April 19 and onwards. Ino pages will be updated in OMA on April 19 and onwards.
F. OMA and other information systems
E24E25. What about Moodle and cloud services (Google, Microsoft)? Are they somehow included in OMA?

The workspaces of implementations are automatically created when annual work cycle is planned and there is no need to activate the workspaces separately. Also the possibility to use Moodle-workspace is automatic, there is no need to order it separately.
G. Trainings and guides
E25E26. Is there training available for staff on how to use the desktops?
Yes. The first round of trainings started on 2nd of September 2016 and completed in November.
E26E27. Is there training available for students on how to use the desktops?
Yes. Check out the information. Unfortunately, the information is in Finnish only at the moment.

You can get to the different manuals from the top-page of OMA manuals. The manuals are still under construction.
