Esimerkkejä tiedoista, joita Metropolian pilvipalveluehtojen mukaisesti ei saa tallentaa pilvisovelluksiin:
- henkilötunnukset
- henkilöön yhdistettävät suoritusten arviointitiedot
- työsopimukset tai vahvistetut palkka- ja suoritustiedot
- potilastiedot
- muut arkaluonteiset henkilötiedot (Henkilötietolaki 11 § (523/1999))
- pankkitilitiedot, pankkitunnukset ja luottokorttitiedot
- liikesalaisuudet
- laiton materiaali

Terms of Service of Metropolia cloud services must be studied carefully applied by each user.
Examples of material that must not be uploaded onto cloud services include:
- social security numbers
- personally identifiable grading information
- documents related to employment relationships
- patient information or information about the health of an employee of the university
- other sensitive personal information (Personal Data Act 11§ (523/1999))
- Information related to payment transactions, banking credentials or credit card information
- other secret or confidential information
- Illegal material
