PowerPoint OnLine is the browser-based version of PowerPoint, the slide show presentation program which Microsoft Company published in 2008. It is a part of the company’s browser-based Office OnLine office programs suite. Office OnLine applications are included also in Microsoft Office 365 Education suite, used by academic institutions.
The browser-based version is always available where a web browser can be used. The program does not require installation on the computer.
Office OnLine applications can be used with the following browser versions:
- Internet Explorer 9 or later
- Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Safari for OS X 10.6 or later
